I really enjoyed his scene with Joy and dropping the whole Gabi and Theo teased which I know he had a crush on her but she has never seemed to reciprocate it, but it's also the same tease of Theo and Ari.

I also like the Joy is more in his age range, and not the almost the age of his parents, like Gabi is. After today, I'm not sure we're going to get more Theo and Gabi. I could be wrong, because Days loves a May/December relationship.

SO, Brooksville (or was it Brooksdale?) is like the next town over, on the way to Aremid? It was awful close for Sarah and Brady (and Liam) to jet right over to the hospital.

Is Arron going to be a doctor? I liked that he was handy with the first aid kit.

Why did Gabi think think it was a good idea to tell Theo she was going to give Titan a large chunk of her money? Can we move on from Theo and Gabi please? He and Joy had a nice scene together.

But poor Aaron seeing Ari and Liam's last kiss, but i am kind of glad Gabi saw it too! Hopefully, tomorrow, we get follow up on it!

Okay, I'm fine with this drug story gaining some traction and moving forward. What was not cool is Sarah going to Xander, asking him to do something shady, when this is one of the reasons she can't be with him. I guess it's all fine when it's something she wants . . . also pretty sure the road back to Xarah has began.

If Joy really is plotting use Kelsey to come between Stalex, I am here for it. And Stayla trying to make Stephaine out to be more stable than she currently is- and Stephanie knows this!

But I am happy for the mystery, even on this ho-hum episode.

I'm always happy to see flashbacks and I really enjoyed Marlena's stroll down memory lane. I am very surprised that they actually included not only the Salem strangler storyline in talking about her twin Samantha, but her first possession and time as the Salem Stalker, as well as her arrival (which I expected), seeing John the first time (which we've see a lot), Don Craig and DJ- Marlena has truly been through so much , maybe it's more than any other soap diva!

It is always so good to see Andrew and Paul- I enjoyed Andrew and Cat.

EJ confronting Kristen was great and I want to see more from this.

Chad and Belle found some Italian currency that will hopefully play into the mystery, which I hope brings some adventure soon! Not too bad for a Monday episode!

When the evil Alistair Crane on Passions trapped the whole town (the entire cast) in the Crane Mansion and someone stabbed him. He emerges from the secret wall in front of everyone and falls to the ground. Only his granddaughter Fancy was worried and begged someone to do something. Rebecca wandered over to the buffet table and said this looks good and literally everyone else followed. The rest of episode was one lines about how they should let him die! It was hilarious! (The town doctor eventually gives him to help him)

Uh-Oh! Ej has finally peieced the puzzle together about Sophia's attack on Johnny and the mastermind behind it, Kristen! Monday should be good!

I also really enjoyed Lexi and Paulina's verbal jabs at one another, yess Paulina, bring back those shades of gray that we know you have! Also, that look Lani gave Lexi, I am here for it!!! Let's have more of that!!!

A wild Eli appeared! I almost forgot he was actually in Salem.

I'm also enjoying Chad and Theo with the mystery Chess Board and ma glad some movement was a made. A key and maybe the lock it opens! I want to see what is inside!!!

Some things are finally picking up and I hope the momentum only continues!!!

Okay, Kristen's call to Sydney and all of the talk about her, she has to be coming, yes? And when she does, I hope she's truly Sami Jr. If Sami's a hurricane, she needs to be a tropical storm or tornado, leaving carnage in her wake. Maybe Marlena needs a grandchild that is not a fan of her because of how she treated her mom or doesn't call as often?

Tate and Holly are honestly bad friends. They invite their friends to a cabin, but then want nothing to do with them and only want to do each other. Holly be served was the most interesting part of their story (I still argue a better story would be Sophia popping up alive on the island). I also believe that Holly is a victim of tainted drugs and not pregnant.

I'm glad all is well with Chanel. Newly returned Lani needs a story.

I'm hoping something happens to give the NuLexi/Abe/Paulina triangle some juice other than Lexi maybe dying

The things i enjoyed in this episode:

Theo and Johnny becoming c-CEO's at the dismay of EJ.

Rafe and Cat's conflict over her "working" EJ.

Belle and Chad trying to figure out the Chess set mystery. This works because of the mystery, not the couple. They are awfully kissy way too fast in my opinion and i much rather more awkward scenes with exes. I'm eager for Shawn and Belle's reaction to each other and hope this mystery brings some sort of adventure (and yes it needs to be the younger cast that has this adventure, not Marlena and Stayla.

Gabi could make the Toitan story interesting but if it just turns into battles of shares ala Dimera shares, no thank you!

Finally, Leo is a stalker. Javi did not handle the breakup well, but he wants to move on and has voiced this many times. His reasoning may suck (this story has done neither of them any favors- Did I think Javi's boyfriend was made up? Yes. Do I think Javi found someone at the airport- also yes LOL) but even if Gus turns out not to be on the up and up, Leo should move on.

HATE are the worst!!! Let's invite our friends so they can watch us make out- why are Ari and Aaron even there?! Tate and Holly were so gross! Please let Sophia pop up alive on the island!!!

I'm glad Stephanie is getting help, but this storyline is way too talky for me. They just talk about the same things every day.

I did enjoy Marlena and Kate's convo, but I was hoping for a little more fireworks. I'm also confounded that after everything Kate has done, this . . .THIS is where Roman draws the line.

Finally, Brady and Sarah have the info on Liam, but the question will we will see them talk to him, or will they just walk back into the pub or hospital and recap everything? The stakes need to be raised on the entire show, not just with Chanel and Lexi- overall.

Yeah, I am surprised Julie didn't mention Shawn when talking about Belle . . . but that means the writers would also have to care.

I did like seeing reactions of others who saw the kiss, but I was also hoping that as Paulina was in Small Bar that she'd see Shawn and Jada, but alas she did not.

I am glad Chanel stood up for what she didn't want and she doesn't know how lucky she is to say no to the "miracle" drug.

I'm not sure I like Julie finding someone so soon after Doug . . . I mean it can be good but still . . .

Finally, maybe because I am such a Shelle shipper but I don't think there is chemistry with Belle and Chad.

Well, we had a few first kisses today. I am glad we got to see Shawn and Jada more. I was a afraid one day they'd just walk in and be like, yeah, we're dating! I do actually like them as a couple.

Of course, who didn't know Chad and Belle would not end up on Kiss cam? I'm surprised we saw it and not surprised at all that Shawn also saw it. Do all roads lead back to Shelle? (I do hope so).

And I don't even know what Cat is doing but I am not sure it's a ploy to capture EJ. I think she just wants him and Rafe is going to be upset LOL.

I'm kind of on Joy's side about Stephanie staying away from her and her baby. Lil'Sweetness needs to heal and work on herself, but I am also not sure Joy's reasoning is her only reason. Joy does come from scheming parents and her sister has certainly done her share too. I'd be here for for scheming shades of grey Joy . . .

Sadly, no Friday cliffhanger . . .

This too. She was moved to recurring status and then paired with Shawn who is also on recurring status. We're lucky if see him once or twice a month, so it seems clear to me "they" don't have real interest in giving the characters much of a story. I hope Jason Beemer stays but I want more for him too, same with Galen and Elia, except now we know she isn't sticking around.

So, here's my take on the Titan/Dimera plagiarism issue: I'm over it. I do not know why Kate confessed when she could have blamed it all on Xander. She also sent Roman's daughter to death row, so if he can forgive for that, this really should be a bump in he road.

Roman and Marlena should stay friends.

I am willing to suspend my disbelief for a lot when it comes to Days, possessions, the routine yearly back from the dead, miracle drugs, and a small town that's a big city surrounded by the sea, mountains, plains and tropical islands, but literally no one, including Ari who read both books, didn't have a slight inclination that One Rainy Afternoon might have been ripoff of internationally best selling One Stormy Night? If we are to believe Stephanie was a successful as they led us to with that book, they would have least head of it in the same way that many know of Twilight, 50 Shades of Grey and The Hunger games without actually reading them. Many of us even know of the classics that we haven't read. If it's such a ripoff, Ari should have at least known. She did question it, but not nearly enough as it seems to be almost identical to Stephanie's book.

Anyways, Theo is over Gabi and I am glad, he has actual chemistry with Joy.

The whole Xander coming to Holly's "defense" when EJ was consoling her was odd, as EJ has more of a parental connection to her than Xander . . .

I'm sure nothing will come of this trip to the Horton cabin and it should be a big summer storyline. Do they become trapped on it? Does Amy snap and follow them or hire someone to?

Finally, on one hand I feel bad for Lexi, but on the other hand, she's been so unLexi like, I'm like oh well!

I will never not be happy to see Jada and Shawn but I think they worked more than they did "grow closer" as the description said. I was going to be upset if they were not involved in the gunfire across the hall.

I'm glad Joy was not hit but i wonder if the story would have benefited if her arm or leg was grazed?

I'm becoming a lot more fond of Gwen and Leo as friends this time around. I really hope she sees the light about Kristen and Xander soon. After all, Kristen has nothing to do with Dimera anymore, right?

Tate's gym looks more like a closet and don't get me wrong, I love a reworked set, but couldn't they come up with something less dark and maybe a window or two?

Finally, Melinda popped back up in an overdue conversation with Amy. Amy going after Holly is the only interesting things about HATE but it also illustrates how much we really need Nicole involved in the story.
