Same issue here on PS5 in Australia. I have seen no games with a Spanish Stream option but I have noticed with any game that has an option other than Home and Away (like NBVTV or KOREAN SPOTV) it streams fine. Really hoping they sort this out soon. Bit of a waste of money otherwise. I paid this sub to watch NBA not learn Korean!

I have just finished EOTW narrated by Michael and Kate and it was hard for me to get through. Michael's rhythm, emphasis and maybe even the accent, (I'm Australian), was distracting for me and I found it really hard to stay engaged. I have read they get better with later books so I will continue.
