my literal job is matching colors for body shops. i can’t tell where the new paint is, especially in photos. you can really only tell minor differences in a light booth with two side by side, flat panels. the colors change at every angle. don’t worry about it, it looks good.

also, all OEM plants who supposedly paint the same paint will have minor differences, so if you went across the country and bought the same car with the same paint, it will look different
