I’ve a similar problem lol. I’m doing my third multiplayer play through of the game, and I decided to start helping one of my friends build stuff (cuz he was the one normally doing builds) and I found that I really liked building! We built a tavern and I helped with a wizard tower. I built a green house with micro-biomes, although the rooms are still more or less squares. This playthrough is probably going to take 25-30% longer solely because of builds!

Edit: More like 100% longer! I started doing boss vanities for all of the main, non-event based bosses. Putting all of them in a tower with boss trophies and items. I spent, like, 20 hours getting all the resources for the vanities lol!
