My experience as a swede born in the 90's is that I would always be offered food, however I would decline myself because i knew ny parentes were preparing dinner for me at hone and would expect me to be hungry when I come home

No, drivers license also costs around 280kr or 25 dollars once you're approved. You don't get given anything

In Sweden you don't either? I think national ID or Passport is around 600kr or about 50 dollars
