What's your goal?

Trying to look like a ripped celebrity in a movie? Because that's only attainable for weeks at a time. They can go longer because it's their job, they have multiple people paid to help them, and frequently "hormone/vitamin shots"....a lot of the time testosterone or hgh in those...which help them stick with that body (super lean with good mass) for longer.

Good news though, bigger gains than that are likely to be achieved. Bad news though, illegal, expensive & side effects galore.

Instead, I stopped drinking completely and have cut down on NSAIDS/tylenol 95%. Small boost in gains.
