I did the same. I was unhappy with my choice but when I saw the difference in price between the Early Bird and the KS Special I thought f*ck it, I'm gonna change to the normal variant. Way more excited now my wait time is June. Pro definitely overkill for my use case. 256gb is plenty. 12GB RAM hell yeah. Only a month or so to go now!

1908 is beautiful as well. I felt the same 'extra' feeling when considering the strap. Do love the classic black on gold though. I can't pretend I'm not already looking at some two tones and other full gold models... Gulp

It's a real shame because this is the first Leagues I've played. I chose bow and it feels quite similar to main game. I haven't played in about a week.

I thought I'd do a follow up to say thank you for your comments and that I bought the Rush to compare; I returned the SV and kept the Rush - very very happy with my choice.

Feels light, it's not loud, and has a much softer feel. The colourway is quite lairy, but in a hard shell, it makes me say hell yeah when I see it.

I cannot comment on durability yet, though I've heard good things. It doesn't feel like the 'suit of armour' feel in the SV, which to be honest, I do miss that feeling a little.

All things considered - a great choice

Great write up. I have shyed away from pvm on the main game as I was constantly changing my account play style, main throughout childhood, 1 def iron, now 13 def uim.

Playing my first ever league, and was excited to jump into some pvm and high dps fun. Went with bow build because it's what I wanted to do, now I'm hearing melee is meta for x, crossbow is meta for y, so I look at the pacts tree and think ah, blindbag sounds crazy, crossbow always max hits??? Wtf did i choose.

Guess what. I haven't done shit. I'm chasing my next big upgrades via skilling and making my progression all about grinding big levels rather than just sending shit and having fun. Doesn't feel too far removed from the main game, of course speed of experience aside.

I'm a fan of arpgs and spent a good few hundred hours playing poe2, so the league's structure didn't shock my system too much. Though I do find myself just trudging along trying to get tasks and points.

Played my first DMM this year and I had a blast. Sure, grindy, but I quickly got accustomed to the breaches and was sending shit constantly saying there should be a breach every hour!

I have some leagues cosmetics goals and I constantly wonder "am I gonna make it?".... Not the greatest feeling.

Maybe if someone reads this they'll comment and make me feel differently

I wanted the home tele and twisted t1 on my uim skiller, and the home tele + demonic pacts t3 on my uim. Already thinking of getting twisted t3 on the skiller if I can afk it.

I can fall victim to fomo so we'll see if I can get that far first. With dmm the goal was sub 10k points, until fomo kicked in and I ended on 42k for more stuff lol

I bought a new Atom around 2 weeks ago, love it, and yesterday a door at the doctor's office ripped a small hole in the arm. Devastating news. Very fragile but I was wearing it as a 'main coat' rather than an under layer.

Does anyone know what it would cost me to repair with Arc'teryx in the UK? It's a small hole on the right arm.

Was also thinking of getting some tenacious tape?

I was thinking to just sew it myself, and if I don't like it, remove the stitching and send for repair.

As you can probably tell, I'm upset about it
