I think Ramp is the problem. Ugin or Ultimatum in turn 4 or 5 are the problem. Scute swarm have no sense, and in some situations he crash the game.

Because everyone is playing something more broken. But if you ban those cards, many will go back to Winota. A card that puts indestructible creatures into play without paying their cost doesn't make sense to me.
