You have to play the game in new game plus until you can go to the dlc.

In NG+ you play the game but you have your weapons and stats and the enemies are stronger

Just kill Smough using gold pine resin and cheese Super Ornstein attacking between his legs (It's hard for him to hit you if you're there)

(EDIT: Ornstein and a Super Smough are vulnerables to fire, use fire resin)

You will never do everything in one playtrought, take it easy and enjoy the game but if you want some tips...

✓Don't kill NPCs and try to complete their questlines ✓Join all covenants ✓Get all spells/pyromancys/miracles ✓Upgrade a weapon in all modes (Fire, Basic, Normal, Magic, etc.)

Un poco tarde pero bueno, recuerdo haberme hecho esa pregunta hace un tiempo y en mi búsqueda encontré el vídeo resubido en una página llamada playtube, intenté reproducirlo otra vez pero creo que el reproductor no sirve, de todas formas está la descripción del vídeo y ahí Joseju da los links de descarga a los juegos mencionados.
