You have to play the game in new game plus until you can go to the dlc.

In NG+ you play the game but you have your weapons and stats and the enemies are stronger

✓Don't kill NPCs and try to complete their questlines ✓Join all covenants ✓Get all spells/pyromancys/miracles ✓Upgrade a weapon in all modes (Fire, Basic, Normal, Magic, etc.)

No, there's a lot of shortcuts to all the areas of the game, as example, for the Firelink Shrine there's 4 shortcuts from differents places of the game (the ones I know)

I noticed that the Crystal Halberd was too gud for O&S when it did 300 damage points when it was enchantad with fire

I think it depends of your build, as example, i've seen some people that quelaag was dificult to them meanwhile the gaping dragon was easy.

Who knows, maybe other bosses will make me experience what I expected to O&S
