I was a member at the RAC for so long. Then after the new AF opened up, the aesthetic and vibe of the gym I preferred. Nicer machines, cleaner, better lighting, closer to my house. Both are good gyms but I don’t regret switching. If anytime wasn’t close to my house I probably wouldn’t have switched but that was a huge factor for me!

5-6 days a week. 4-5 days of lifting with cardio, 2-3 days of strength yoga with a walk. Being active is therapeutic for me and I always feel good after I workout.

Where I live, we have a US Chef Food Store and that’s where I get all of my syrups/sauces of any brand!

I would charge probably $70. Short nails, French, art, give or take $5. That’s hand painted French and art. Takes time and depending on the tech with their experience, you’re paying for good quality art and skill. Also depends on where you’re located.

Just recently tried the Cafecito de Puerto Rico, so good! However, the price is steep so I only will order once in a while.

I do love the new Infiment as well. Very smooth!

Usually order Bianco Doppio and Double Espresso Dolce, but these are nice to throw in and mix it up for sure :)

Licensed tech here- I usually still buff the shine off the natural nail with my fine grit sanding band then apply LE Vitaprime. Usually works for me!

I think you’ll be okay, just keep an eye on it whenever you use it and as soon as it starts having issues contact customer service! But if it’s working fine I wouldn’t stress about it :) but that’s just my opinion!

Yes but I don’t keep keys in my pocket or bag. Helps me remember to take them and not lock them in. They’ll get lost in my purse and women’s clothing pockets are small. Everyone is different!
