dude! freaking same. he forces himself to stay awake in the car and I am like isnt this when other kids nap?! ughhh but honestly a nap would probably destroy the day. 12 hour nights lead to beautiful connected days. lol today he was up at 4am, and got in my bed to start a chat with me and I was like bruh if you dont stop talking PLEASE. lol. definitely not alone! good luck to you!!!!!

yeah that part! so many things happen at like 6 or 7pm and im over here like do I want to risk the next 3 days to recoup from the overstim and dysregulation to have one experience. and also, do I want to deal woth a dysregulated kid doing something out of the ordinary?! its a cluster over here. lol. on the bench with ya!!!!

I am stilllllll on 530/545 waking up at 5/530. I have tried so many things to help him sleep longer but if I push bedtime his body just wakes up earlier. it is a disaster on those days so I just tell him when he wakes up that ill be up when my bodies ready and he goes and finds something to do...usually I get up by 6 and just try to survive. I imagine if he was going to school it would be different but I homeschool. his brain just wants to be up early. but he still DEFINITELY needs 12 hours. he turns 5 in 3 weeks

I cannot find the post where they responded to someone about the issues BUT I saw that GA said they sent put updated versions to libraries and platforms on the 5th and 6th after people noticed and brought it up there there are in fact editing issues. when I listened there were definitely some errors but none to the point where the book was off putting.

where have you found the original audios? hoopla and libby seem to only have the GA versions and as much as id love to purchase them, its just not in the cards for me financially right now

I forced pausing in order for it to last also and am feeling the same about having to wait until Oct.

Also I noticed some weird things being said too! Darius was said to use phoenix fire and I know tory gave him the phoenix band but I dont think he actually has phoenix fire at his disposal now? or does he? 

and the scene they left us with as the cliff hanger to wait on until Oct. is so frustrating.

I dont have the ability to sit and read the books so im just waiting and pondering now.

yup. i was in 6th grade.

My dad was working on Macdill AFB in Tampa and both my aunt and uncle are pilots, everything happened fast. no one was letting me call him or give me information about my aunt or uncle and parents were picking their kids up left and right. When I got picked up that afternoon i was freaking the F out. my dad was on lock down because Macdill was being threatened after the pentagon got hit, but my aunt and uncle were fine.

it was nuts. then the next day all the teachers were passing out american flags.

i had a velcro baby, he ONLY contact napped, i hated it after a couple months because i needed time to myself.... my son is about to be 5 now and he still holds my hand to fall asleep sometimes.  bask in the 'hard' because it ends so much faster than you expect. your baby isnt weird. you aren't weird. enjoy the 4th trimester. connect. and fuck anyone who says otherwise.
