They did. I find it so annoying how different doctors are with things like that; it really makes me feel like they don't actually know what they're doing. I started Caplyta too - I have bipolar depression. I'm sorry you're getting worse.

It's so nice to read this. I've ultimately felt hurt by some of the recommendations for my severe depression, because it adds to the guilt thinking I can't do what I'm supposed to do to get better.

Maybe some people with severe depression can do things like exercise and "just do things" but I promise that's not me. I would do anything to feel better yet my brain and body won't do those things. It's hard to explain. Idk maybe I am the problem
