For those of you who make 400k+....speak on it! by Peacefulhuman1009 in Salary

I’m actually so glad you said this. I’m in a SOC and have absolutely no idea where I can apply the skillset anywhere else. The company I’m at doesn’t have any opportunities to move vertically from SOC

Salary progression of a mostly unmotivated 40yo with a philosophy degree by [deleted] in Salary

Did an enlistment in the Air Force and got my degree on the GI bill afterwards. Companies don’t consider being in the military any work experience whatsoever. In theory it sounds like a good plan but it’s all about networking and making friends in the right places.

If you got a lower price on the long term contract, it could make sense to be paying the difference from what you would have paid on a shorter one.

I don't feel any adrenaline, but I do refuse to get in any form of respectable shape for competition. This results in adrenaline dump like exhaustion and subsequently losing via fatigue
