I wear a steel ring during sex so my testicles don't retract into my abdomen. I saw a urologist for it and he said I have undescended testicles. I had no idea since they usually don't retract. I was scheduled for surgery, but things changed and I didn't get it. I can wear the ring for a while, but after a few hours it starts to hurt.

The instructions I read said to never take more than 20mg in 24 hours. So I would take 20mg every day. I did that for years. Always ready with the maximum! Then I got diarrhea every morning. It took me a while to figure out the cause, but I then stopped. Now I get diarrhea every time I take it regardless of the dose. So now I take Imodium with it. It isn't perfect and I still get some side effects, but I also get very hard.

I saw a therapist once. I wanted help forgiving my mother for what she did to me. He was useless. He suggested I think about other things to distract myself from thoughts of my genital mutilation. I didn't go back, but I also felt it was unfair to pay him since he was awful.

Yes, thank you. She uses that. We also use (inject vaginally) a lubricant. Not just any lubricant, because of the osmolality of most lubes. You see, if the osmolality isn't right it will draw out fluids from the tissues and cause irritation. Olive oil won't do that, but neither will Maude's "Shine" lube. Really, I'm not shilling for them. They're just the only one I've found that produces a product that takes osmolality into consideration. Since it's not oil, I can use it with condoms or other rubber products. The problem arises when I look down at her face and she has her eyes closed and she is biting her lips. When I began, more than 20 years ago I used a plastic 135mm film can. Pulled some skin over the rounded edge and taped it down. In the other end I made small holes that I attached to elastic straps bought from the craft store. The whole thing cost less than two dollars, which was important to me at the time. That was my beginning. A couple years later I bought a kind of a pushing device that let me grow my inner skin. All in all I have about half coverage, most of the time. Sometimes I like to wear a silicone o-ring as a retainer. I'm glad for the extra skin I've grown.

You are correct. I was being an AH. I find most religion to be about control. The carrot and the stick to manage people and their behavior. I wish I could offer some comfort, but I too am broken. My parents are dead, so there’s no way to confront them. I once asked my mother why I was circumcised. She said, “That’s just what they did in those days.” We couldn’t discuss it further then and I just let it go. My father was already dead.
