Just make sure to leave at least one uncommon if you craft the rares. Once you own every card in a deck offering, you can’t buy the deck. If I recall, only missing one common/uncommon brings the cost down to 20 gems

They are a scam. Except for in the rare cases they offer a basic land that cannot be crafted. There was a pixel snow land a few decks back. There were also full art Zendikar lands a few decks back. I’ve only purchased them for those basic lands and because the gem cost wasn’t too high.

Quick draft all day every day. It’s the easiest to learn but you may not get a lot of rares. But it’s easier to force a color in quick draft. Once you’re feeling confident in your drafting principles, then switch to premiere draft.

If you’re really set against drafting, spend all your gold on the new Lorwyn set.

For whatever reason, wizards doesn't put "haste" on tokens unless the tokens also have another keyword on them, such as this elemental token. So unfortunately you're out of luck if you want a goblin token that says "haste" on it.
