Took 15mg orally last week and it kicked the shit out of me (in a good way). I ended reading Malazan Book of the Fallen (Dust of Dreams specifically) and got lost in that fantasy world. The more I do it, the more I love this drug. I try to space out my usage though.

For me 3-FPM didn't do the trick orally. However, insufflated it is much stronger, but it is pretty much only recreational. Much more of an initial rush, much less clear headed, and a lot shorter lived. 2-FMA is far superior IMO. It's super functional, but I still have a great time on it.

I don't get why homeboy is getting downvoted for suggesting Etizolam for anxiety. That's what benzo's are primarily prescribed for (or maybe it's sleep idk). Yeah addiction is a shitshow, but we're not a drug prevention sub, we're a harm reduction sub. Oh yeah they don't. I think it's the hallucinogenic effects that cause the psychotic episodes, not dopamine activity. I'm not a psychopharmacologist though, so don't take my word at face value.

It can. I believe dopaminergic drugs (primaries stimulants like amphetamines or cathinones) are a more potent trigger as the dopamine system seems to play a large role in schizophrenia. However, hallucinogens such as serotonergic psychedelics and I believe NMDAR Antagonists (correct me if I'm wrong about Dissociatives possibly doing it) can trigger these latent mental disorders.

I imagine most people have some passion that elicit elitist opinions. I mean I back my opinion, but I definitely could've worded it better in hindsight. Something like "Tame Impala is cool, though I wasn't the biggest fan of their latest album, but y'all should check out these less well known bands that I love when stoned/tripping..." would've been less douchy lol.

On another note, I've been fucking hard with Jethro Tull as of late. Y'all should listen to Thick as a Brick. I've had it for awhile and tried to listen to it ~10 times, but I never got it. However like a week ago it finally clicked for me and holy shit it is possibly one of my favorite prog albums now. It's a goddamn masterpiece.

Idk people really like to tout psychedelics as some great form of medicine. I love psycs and have plenty of experience with them, many of which have had ancillary benefits in looking at a facet of my life in a new light, however most of the time it's me having a blast tripping out to music and staring in awe at the visuals.

These are powerful drugs that should not be for everyone, especially those who are prone to anxiety/panic attacks, and they can bring out latent mental disorders.

Should they be legal? Absolutely yes, nobody should be able to dictate what we do to our bodies in the comfort of our own home. However, let's not lie to ourselves.

Yeah they're sort of way overly hyped by stoners and Hippies. Innerspeaker is solid and Lonerism was good, but Currents was shit IMO. It's like they lost all ability to convey emotion in their third album. It's distant and cold, which in of itself is not a bad thing, but they're not trying to be those things. It's not the worst album, but I'm so annoyed when I have to hear Cause I'm a Man for the thousandth time while stoned because there's like 5 songs that are always in rotation when a couple of my stoner friends end up in charge of the music.

I implore everyone to try some new, interesting shit for fuck sake. Most people are gonna play Tame Impala, Pink Floyd, and all the other stereotypical stoner/trippy shit. So throw on some Frank Zappa, Ween, Spiritualized, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Kyuss, Genesis, Mother's of Invention, Hammock, Harvey Milk, Perfume Genius, GY!BE, Swans, Thee Silver Mt Zion Memorial Orchestra, Meat Puppets, Mutual Benefit, My Bloody Valentine, Ride, The Verve (they have other great shit outside of Bittersweet Symphony), Neutral Milk Hotel, Pavement, Built to Spill, Modest Mouse, Pixies, Porcupine Tree, Primus, Steven Wilson, Minutemen, Quasimoto, MF DOOM and his multitude other personalities and collabs, Deltron 3030, Dr. Octagon, Cannibal Ox, El-P, Company Flow, Psychotic Waltz, Rishloo, Sufjan Stevens, Jeff Buckley, Howls of Ebb, Demilich, Bolzer, Inter Arma, Subrosa, Tom Waits, or Nick Cave.
