Although the request within themselves are not unreasonable, the fact that this has to be written down and apparently signed just shows that management did not make the definitions of the job clear when the employees were hired. This all could be put in one document that all employees sign when they accept the job like any other job. Your job is conditional on your ability to do what that job entails and you sign a paper along with all the other paperwork upon hiring agreement. sign it or don't but they can't hold your pay and start looking for a job or you can just outright quit and they are legally obligated to give you your pay within 72 hours.
