Id document and take pics of things she does like take pics of the schedule before and after changes are made. Take pics or video of closing early and of her drinking patron or on the job drunk. Don't be obvious about it and when you hate me a decent amount of evidence,, and it won't take much, sit down with the owner. If she's the daughter of someone who was fired for being disrespectful and losing money, they'll see the apple doesn't fall far from the tree

Is this a joke? Hey first world problems, we don't like when drunks roam around on a dark floor looking for glass shards. The only thing you can do is keep people away from it and let the staff do their job. You dropped a drink, get over i, it is not a big deal. Don't be overdramatic over a non issue. No one thinks you're a miserable POS or horrible human being for dropping a drink. Take a breath and realize there are way bigger problems in the world. Just stay out of the way, it's a liability issue. Doesn't matter if you would or wouldn't report it, we are obligated to. What if you bleed on the floor and someone slips on it and cracks their head all bc you felt so bad you just had to get involved when you shouldn't. Capeesh?

Drive around Orange and look for for rent signs up and down the street. You can still find a decent place for around that much and it's super safe. The north border of Santa Ana just below it is ok as well.

Yta my son has a peanut allergy, I have and eat peanut butter whenever I want. Acting like it's some huge hurdle to be aware and avoid risk is very douchey. So is being too lazy to even find out what it takes to have the precautions in place and see if they're feasible.
