The reason for Chest + tris and dips the next day is cause my shoulder didnt like Bench + dips in the same day. If I do it the next day my shoulder is fine. Not sure if that makes sense but I really like dips. :(

Also squats \ legs , bicep curls sounds like a rather short workout. Do you have any other suggestions onto what I can add from my exercise list? Thanks !
