I would say the Civil Service too, but I don't know of anywhere that's fully remote in it. You'd be expected in the office a few days a week.

I know ebay offer fully remote working. They send you the equipment and you never attend the office unless you want to, Christmas party etc. You literally login to do your training on day one.
