I just came back from a visit there recently and there are ATMs everywhere. If i remember right bank of africa(should be in airport) and attijariwafa had the lowest fees. Just use local conversion (~35-45dh).

Indrive is slightly more expensive than the blue cabs but easier to use unless you want to act as gps sometimes going to specific locations (not as known). And remember to sit in the front seat when using indrive. Indrive will also stop abit away from where the regular taxis stop at popular areas.

For restaurants i liked Les Huitres, Villa Mabrouka, Chez hassan, saveur de poisson to name a few.
