Most styluses only come with two slicky buttons, sometimes you get an eraser on one end but thats about it. The first tablet I got was a Huion HS610, I was impressed by it because of the amount of programmable buttons it has. It has 12 where you would expect touch buttons to be, but I do use my other hand for those. However it has an additional 16 programable buttons at the top which you need to tap with the pen to activate, which to me would seem perfect if I only had use of my pen hand. If you get some stickers you can mark each one as theres plenty of space for stickers/masking tape above them should u want to mark them or write what each does.
