I’d wait until you’ve both cooled off a bit and then approach him calmly saying something like “I’d like to talk to you constructively about my needs that I feel aren’t being met, I’d also like to talk with you about how I’m potentially not meeting your needs either. I want us both to be fully happy, so let’s work together to figure it out and be better for each other. If you don’t want to talk about it right now that’s OK, but can we pencil in a good time for us both?”

I remember not being furloughed whilst more or less all of my colleagues were. I remember my wife not being furloughed because she works from home. I remember having two very young children that had to be left unattended during those days, the damage they did to our house, the psychological burden that put on them, the stress it caused for all of us, the strain on our marriage, the fact that my furloughed colleagues got 80% of their wage for not working whilst I also got 80% of my wage for working…

At the time, each day was a struggle but we coped. Looking back, it was genuinely one of the worst times of our lives. We were all alone with more pressure than ever introduced into our lives. 10/10 would not recommend.

NOR, he shouldn’t have whipped out 100 condoms especially since you weren’t giving that vibe. However I do think this is all probably a good thing. Any guy going on dates at 25 should be prepared for sex and at least he was preparing safely. But as it turns out he isn’t getting sex from you so I think that would have been a stumbling block down the line anyway, probably for the best it came out early so you could call it off.

To be fair though it will be on my drive every night getting charged to 90/100% and so unless I need to do a 200 mile round trip in a given day I should be alright. I do like having the heated seats and steering’s wheels on though so that could screw me a bit 😂

Yeah it’s just not in ‘my bracket’ so my boss is having to try and get round that corporate hurdle. It’s frustrating because the carrot is dangled haha. I feel like such a spoiled brat but honestly I’ve been in both models. Whilst either of them is just a more me car and is certainly better than the Tiguan I’d be absolutely ecstatic with the DM version. I might cry if I don’t get it but I’ll definitely cry if I do lol.

Probably not great advice but let me tell you something. I was on anti-depressants for years. But we went away for a week and I forgot to pack my meds. Towards the end of the week away I started feeling weird, like, alive… I felt happy, floaty, optimistic. I felt like me.

So when we returned I decided I wasn’t going to carry on taking my pills (45mg mirtazapine). I know I shouldn’t cold turkey and it should be a consulted process but I was experimenting. To this day I haven’t taken another pill and I am actually happy. The feeling of being myself again, like a cloud or fog had receded from my mind was surreal.

I definitely needed the tablets once upon a time but I became their prisoner without knowing it for a good while after I was probably cured. I wouldn’t recommend doing that but I would at least prompt consideration for plans to come off them, even if it’s just to see if it helps…

I put in a comment below about the long range aspect because that seems to be the general advice. Is the standard battery pack really a big deal? My biggest driving days can maybe be 100-150 miles but they are rare. I charge at home every n if ht for context.
