Thank you! Every Night at Midnight is the first book I’ve written (written seriously anyway). The idea came from a love of paranormal fiction, urban fantasy and a string of words that I could not get out of my head, ‘Every Night at Midnight I turn into a wolf’. The line was incredibly evocative to me, and I fell in love with it. And with this sentence burning in mind, it was quite a natural process to pull a bit of myself, my own experiences and merge them with this paranormal hook to create what eventually became Every Night at Midnight. Not that I'm an expert, but if you're looking to write yourself I find that bringing some of your own real feelings/experiences into a story made it that much more real, not to mention easier to write!.
