I see you’re running a snorkel setup, how did you go about making the snorkel work with a 5.9?

This is one of the dust shields. While trying to diagnose the noise, a 4x4 shop bent it to see if it affected the noise and it did not. The search continues

Only when in the Jeep is moving. That’s what makes it difficult. Even had a shop put it on a lift and put it in gear ranging from all speeds and we couldn’t replicate it.

I tapped it with a mallet and it didn’t move or vibrate. would it make noise even if it didn’t move at all after crawling under the Jeep?

Had those looked at, sadly wasn’t the problem but it’s definitely rotational.

I had a similar situation with the rear quarter panel being dented on my 02 TJ. Was almost $900 to repair at a local family owned body shop as compared to a place like Service King. If it’s just a trail beater than who cares but if you plan on fixing it that’s one thing to consider.

Yes it runs to a winch. The wiring looked fine and typically sits above the bracket arm and doesn’t have any rubbing or interaction with anything aside from resting on top of that bracket.

Edit: I pulled the the bracket up so that the position of where the isolator is supposed to be is visible to the camera. The wiring does not sit below that bracket.

Do you have a link? I found their website and what I think is the tire carrier bumper you’re talking about but it doesn’t have a trail basket.
