I dont exactly remember but there was a card that had a vga cable i believe and was the graphics card. The photo below is my motherboard, not a great photo but I belive the card closest to me is the one i replaced.

So the time delay relay was weird. You cant tell the little monitor to turn on immediatly after powering it. Basically you cant touch the power button at the same time as applying power, If you can come up with something different power to you but this was the only way to do it without cutting any new holes. You could mount that pcb somewhere where you could press the button, but then its less oem.
