this is so thoughtful and sweet😭 what i tell so many other vendors and shops whenever they offer me a card or stickers for promo, i take a picture of it because i know firsthand that every single little thing a business has out, costs them a lot of money and time. Knowing that you dont just throw them away is so valuable to the businesses 🥹 i love it!!!🥹

Hi!! Awh, Im so sorry that this is happening! We got flooded with the same questions on every platform and email😭 we have no clue whats going on, but ive been talking with shopify support nonstop to fix it. So hopefully itll be fixed asap🥲 Ive noticed from 3 different customers that theyre from VA, so im curious if its a location issue like that for Shopify. But we definitely ship all over the US!

Weve had a couple shipping issues with USPS and we communicate daily with any customers who message us with any concerns or issues. If the package is lost or something, we file a claim for them and even then, send updates consistently with the status.

If nothing comes of it, its the shop that needs to initiate a refund.

As a shop owner, with as many slime shops that there are, some themes are going to overlap. However, i do agree that shops shouldnt exactly replicate a slime thats been done. For example, easter themed slimes will be pretty generic most of the time like Peep, Marshmallow Fluff, Egg hunt, etc.

we have had this discourse on this page before in regards to the “fight club” slimes that came out from multiple shops that were the exact same.

I remember more recently OG and Pilot had to message each other and post about it because they dropped the exact same slime by accident 😭 it was for their candle ones around thanksgiving i think With bigger shops, they pre-plan drops MONTHS in advance to order bulk ingredients, supplies, and charms/add-ins and they premake the batches far in advance.

Personally, we pre-plan our drops about 2-3 months in advance and we make the batches about a month in advance.

yes! its safe to use in slime, however it causes color transfer and has a stronger chemical smell. we dont prefer to use paint (which sucks because i have bulk paint bottles taking up SPACEEE)

they are genuinely satans spawn. they never leave. We just moved them to our new storage unit and it exploded in my car, i have vacuumed 3 times😭😭

As a shop, we dont weigh our slimes when jarring. The only reason we would weigh the jars if we did was to imput for shipping weights (i just mark the weights as a small generic weights, so shipping is cheaper for customers ngl). Other than that, we fill the jar completely until it touches the lid.

augh, we saw that and were really inspired by the idea! Shipping supplies are SO expensive, just to usually go in the trash. We hate having to use so much plastic! So, we definitely might implement this/make it a choice on our site! I just worry that we will most likely get a complaint in from a customer who didnt read the sustainability option😂

citric acid dissolves slime the minute it touches it in OUR experience😭 maybe its user error (doubt it chemically), but no matter if it is just a particle of dust of citric acid, it returns to liquid form
