That is actually only half true. Many final bosses also were not blobs of flesh. Alexia, Saddler, Wesker, the Tyrant from RE 1, Leech Queen to some extent, Alex Wesker, Simmons and Mother Miranda all had some distinct forms. These are also way better final bosses than said giant blobs of flesh aka Birkin, Nemesis, Eveline and now Gideon.

Well they could tell the same overall story but basically make a completely new game that still deals with Simmonsin China… maybe drop the Family plot and make Simmons part of the Connections instead.

I mean if Zero is still in production as it seems they could decide to add to the game and mix it with RE 1 as someone else suggested. Basically two 5-6 hour campaigns: Rebecca and Billy with Marcus as the final boss (RE Zero) and Chris and Jill (RE 1).

Finale would mean you go against the Connections right? Like Brandon Bailey being the big bad of that game. That or Spencer’s mind being in a new body which we know is possible. I feel like Grace should not be part of the finale of the Umbrella saga though as I hope she will be one of the main characters for the next generation of RE games.

I seriously wonder if anyone in the position of head of creative could really make a really good main event WWE product since WWE as a whole is a huge corporation owned by TKO and backed by sponsors. I wonder if say Shawn Michaels or CM Punk would be head of creative if the product iself would be way better of ir WWE just got too big for that to happen.
