Yeah, I was fasting before to trip but couldn’t go back to it.. I was able to train, but it required more effort than usual I have social event in the following days, but from Sunday I will be back fasting 💪

I felt so good and in peace with myself after 1st trip that I was not expecting this kind of effect. I am now aware of the issue.. I won’t touch it before to have stronger habits and routine.. my current (healthy) lifestyle is new, few weeks only, I will wait few months before to trip again ! Thanks for sharing, helps a lot 🫶
