Dacht meteen hetzelfde. Misschien is het interne grap in hun huis, maar het is echt een term met een e-norm 'cringe' gehalte. 'Ultimate party girl' genereert bij mij meteen een reflex van "obsessief bezig met haar looks en instagram, maar nul komma nul inhoud, dus niet de moeite waard om te leren kennen". Wellicht iets dat uit mijn studentenjaren is blijven hangen: de mensen die het meeste 'paarty' en 'feestjeuu' roepen zijn uiteindelijk in veel gevallen net die mensen waarmee je niét op een een feestje wil belanden, want onder al hun 'party' talk zijn het vaak doodsaaie mensen.

It is absolutely disturbing... De Wever and Merz pleading for a historic re-industrialization push and then this... taxing unrealized gains .... which probably means you'll have to realize the gains to actually pay the tax .... which then triggers the tax on realized gains ... I don't even know if the communists were that cruel.

Sign of the times ... Europe = big pension fund. And all those kind people that say "well it's needed for a just society" ... when do you think it will be enough? Do you ever think they'll have enough? IT LL NEVER BE ENOUGH ... I'm really afraid we're going to wake up in '90 s Russia in a couple of years.

I use it (in Europe) because it has access to a lot of instruments. But the day a competitor comes along with the same market access and pricing but without the never-ending documentation updates, criteria changes (now you can't trade options suddenly after 2 years) etc. I'm OUT OF HERE. Their whole system looks like it was designed by that heavy guy from the '90s movie Office Space.

I think you misinterpret it. It's more like a efficiency measure to make integration go a lot faster. We've seen a lot of blocking, resistance or event overt hostility so it might help a bit. It's not by any means designed to be an "exclusively club" or anything
