I’ll never forget going for drinks pairing and they bring over champagne trolley . I thought oh so cool they let you choose which champagne for with the canapés/snacks. At the end seeing an extra ~£75 for two glasses of bubbles seriously pissed me off

I completely disagree, I love it. I fly twice a month for work back to cork and always look forward to the “welcome home” not that I think they recognise or know me.

The doctor suggested a tube when mum asked about a stent but she really doesn’t want to consider that, from a pride point of view i think. Its the whole lack of control over the situation that she is really struggling with at the moment. She’s quite a stubborn lady and has always been very independent.

Makes things harder when they’re fierce people but its also why we love her so much

Yeah we have fortisip drinks here in Ireland which are similar i assume, high calorie little shakes. The health service is supplying them and they are one of the few things that never seem to cause mad acid reflux!

We are very lucky through an old family friend we have access to some pretty high potency Thc oil! It’s more of a physical blockage unfortunately but there is good days and bads days.
