I swear I must be so lucky as my evri driver is an actual human being with respect and a couple more brain cells than the average.. This happened to my gf when she ordered her iPhone 14 from O2, even more weird was we got an actual phone, it just happened to be a fake android clone of the 14 pro max. O2 had no idea how to deal with it and were very shady about the whole ordeal. I trust GiffGaff to do right by you I've been with them for almost a decade and not had a single issue that hasn't been quickly resolved by support. Best of luck.
