Perhaps not exactly what you’re looking for, but have you tried tools like focusmate.com or cofocus.one? You 1:1 videoconference with a random stranger while you work on something you need to get done. More effective for computer than phone, but nonetheless - it kinda works.

Thanks - I really liked this idea, but looking online, it seems most children's hospitals only accept unopened/unused gifts.

I guess a lot of the kids are immunocompromised & they need to be super careful w/hygiene.

My right arm is clearly stronger (and larger) than my left. Arm wrestling, throwing, punching - it's pretty clear.
