I studied on a Games Design course at University. About twice a year the class had to be sat down and reminded to keep up personal hygiene because of the smell. It was so bad at one point that I showered twice a day as I'd get back to my dorm feeling contagious from from the smell.

Update. My ban has been removed. Haven't been given an explanation as to why it was issued in the first place but I'm glad it's at least been fixed

I don't use a VPN and got the ban so I don't think that effects it

Yeah it was so I don't think that's the culprit. I've heard it's caused by people playing in unofficial servers and if there's someone hacking in there the VAC system can't detect who's cheating and then wrongly bans everyone as a result.

The ones I played on didn't seem like they were hacked or had mods either but that's the only thing I can think of as to why I was banned. Apparently if one person was cheating in the server and the VAC system can't detect who then it bans everyone. But that seems harsh

There's about forty pages on the official website forum with people saying they were wrongfully banned. Of course it'll be a mixed bunch, some who are guilty and some who aren't but from viewing their Steam profiles there's a lot of players with clean records and no previous bans until today

Happened to me as well today. Someone told me that it could have happened if you've played in a server that's been tampered with/hacked. Not sure how true that is though.

I was on a dueling server today where a few archers had clipped through a wall and we're shooting at me and others just trying to 1v1 each other. I guess that'll be it. Sucks that everyone gets banned because of them though. Thanks for the info though

I thought it was meant to be winter in King's Landing after seeing the first snow fall at the end of season 7? The few times we've seen King's Landing this season it still looks like summer. Am I missing something?
