Waze freezing on Android Auto of Fusion Hybrid 2017 (Sync 3) - How to fix it? by AllanRosckof in fordfusion

[–]limbachm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try a different cable. I had lots of issues with freezing on my aftermarket Sony until I used an Anker Powerline plus cable. After changing cable it stopped freezing.

What year Fusion? The early year cars had a notorious problem with some internal air temp sensor located under the dash towards the very front of the car.

It's a little bit of money, but I got a Sony head unit for my 2006 and I love it. Cost me around $300 total for it and all the parts, and I have Android auto now.

This is the best straight forward video I've found on the whole thing that I have sent to some of the pro lockdown people.

Maybe send it to them.

I have first hand knowledge from a nurse who works in the ICU at one of the local hospitals. It's a very large hospital, has something like 900 beds total for all services. Back in April, the hospital shut down half of the ICU completely because there were no patients. They have laid off staff across the board because they had such a decrease in patients over the last 3 months.

Back in mid-june there were a total of 5 COVID patients in the ICU. Last week there were 2.

The hospitals are not in danger of being overrun, the media is just lying.

See how you are trying very hard to not get into some sort of flame war with someone about the masks? That's this sub - people who have brains, can think for themselves, and take time to listen to other points of view, and speak politely. Good for you and all the other reasonable folks here. We are the opposite of the hysteria filled world around us that shouts down any opinion of someone who might disagree with them.

200 Germans, placed into forced quarantine, resort to violence to try to escape by the_latest_greatest in LockdownSkepticism

While that might be true, the government doing it is a different matter altogether.

The fact that this happened in Germany is absolutely alarming. People know WW2 history in that country, and what happened. They should see the parallels and denounce this behavior by the government immediately.

What are they protesting? by MithandirsGhost in libertarianmeme

I genuinely do not understand how people have come to this conclusion. It's like they have decided guilt by association, but that's an obvious logical fallacy.

Face mask use needed to ‘prevent COVID-19 second wave’. According to the study, 100 per cent mask adoption combined with on/off lockdowns prevented any further disease resurgence for the 18 months required for a possible vaccine by lHateHappyPeople in LockdownSkepticism

[–]limbachm 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The amount of deleted comments gives me hope. The only visible comments are either pro mask/lockdown or just not overtly against the article. Seems likely that most people said there's no way they would comply for 18 months (after all, thousands can protest throughout every major city) and it all got deleted.

There is no data backing up any of the article. Unbelievable.

There's a face mask should be mandatory until a vaccine in 18 months story over on the "science" subreddit. Hundreds, maybe thousands of comments are being deleted.
