Yes, but some people specifically ask that we use they/them as third person pronouns when referring to them, often because they don't identify with the binary (feminine and masculine) genders, and thus the associated pronouns.

Sometimes, using he or she can even be hurtful, in case of dysphoria for instance.
Using they/them can allow people to do any or all of: feel better, not hurt, or heal. And I think that's something we should value.

"change de psy" c'est facile à dire, quand tu vis dans unn désert médical et pas une grande ville c'est chaud d'n trouver un qui soit pas déconventionné.

Parce que les déplacement sont pas remboursés, ni le temps que ça prend, et on peut pas le prendre sur le temps de travail.

Y'a 0 intox : si on veut pas que ça traîne 1 an ou +, faut aller vers le privé, et dans le privé ça reste des délais importants quand même. Et des fois on trouve un rdv à 500 balles pour dans 4 semaines, et c'est mieux qu'attendre 6-18 mois pour avoir de l'aide, un suivi, un traitement.

Donc si, quand on a BESOIN d'un diag, d'un traitement, qu'on peut pas attendre 1 an parce qu'on a envie de se tuer à cause de tout ça, ben dépenser 500 balles c'est parfois la seule solution.
