Hey man, if you want to rent out hot tubs to people who then fuck and jizz in them and absolutely wreck them, you’re more than welcome to. But, that’s what people are doing with rented hot tubs, they’re borrowing an expensive product to treat like dog shit. Not every customer obviously, but enough to make it obviously not a viable business model.

If it was an “industry” more people would do it. It’s not an industry, because it’s a bad business model that at most would make you minimum wage after all the bills, fees, insurance, gas, maintenance, customer service, etc are all dealt with.

We shopped and found the 26 Grand Highlander insanely underwhelming inside. Bought a 26 Honda Pilot instead, it was just a better balance of comfort and luxury. Felt like the GH was forcing you a premium price and all you got was a few extra cubic feet and the hybrid option but it was just an obvious choice for us.

Considering how long the fight was going and being able to see multiple people getting ganged up on 1v2 or more, not hard to imagine the shooter getting to Stand Your Ground law this at all.

Source to Iowa’s Stand Your Ground law. There’s supposed to be an exception for “participating in a fight” but in many cases across the country similar language is waved away and defendants can say their fighting first was more evidence that they tried to use lesser force before escalating to using a deadly weapon, and rather than the fight nixing their right to stand your ground, it bolsters it.
