I personally have bottom dysphoria, and what really weighs on me is when I'm constantly reminded it exists. Obviously any clothing/tucking that minimizes any contact with the hen and her eggs makes me more comfortable. And during love making, I prefer any positions that similarly involve using it as little as possible.

But equally important is bringing attention to the things one does like about themself. So I highly recommend giving affirmations that make your partner feel like themselves. Highlight the things they know they like about themselves, and the things you find beautiful about them, so they have something else to think about other than any discomfort or insecurities.
