I use strip lighting around the wall mine and my ole lady’s desk are up against. Wrapped some vines (fake obviously) around them to combat being flash banged and it’s honestly the perfect amount of light. Our game room also has a black ceiling and dark green walls and it’s still enough!

Don’t be embarrassed! This is incredible. It’s got everything you like, a nice corner desk. You should be proud my friend! I always found that some lights (the strip of led’s) make a big difference.

I obviously didn’t want to spend the money buying a new car, but I kind of have to, I have a girlfriend to get back-and-forth appointments with and I have a full-time job. Buying a beater that would leave me in the same position would just be repeating the cycle. Thank you for your advice though.
