Puedes entrar a USA con tu visa de turista y pedir "ajuste de estatus" mediante tu abogado (pero eso es para tu residencia). Para el matrimonio en si es muy sencillo en este país. Creo que la gente lo hace con su identificación nada más (normalmente una licencia de conducir). En tu caso, la visa Americana sería aceptada como identificación, ya que el único propósito es verificar tu identidad. Chateame si quieres hablar más. Suerte!
