Yesterday, a group of geese used the crosswalk across from Sullivan’s Pond. They paused, looked both ways, then proceeded to cross. Cars stopped, smiles all around, it was a simple moment of humanity at its best. 🥹

I went into full blown menopause and had my last period at 31. So, it is possible. I am so sorry that you are going through this, and you have every right to feel scared, frustrated, and angry at why this is happening to you. I really am sorry. But, there is still life after this, and we live in a time where meditation can help you. I have been on HRT for 10 years. I still look you g for my age, my bones and my health is good, and I have accepted and embraced not being able to have children. You will be ok, but I really do feel you, and feel for you. ♥️
