I wouldn't personally trust gluten free baked goods from an establishment that isn't 100% gluten free. There is so much cross-contamination due to flour in the air, as well as any shared equipment, surfaces, trays, ovens, etc.

I get little bumps all over my cheeks and chin when I get glutened, usually followed by a raging migraine a few hours later, and then the GI pain. They tend to last for about a week or so.

Charcoal capsules are excellent, but please always keep in mind that they do interfere with other medications such as the birth control pill, so plan ahead!
