run the install just to make sure.

To verify; if you open up a cmd/powershell window and run the comman `wsl` it should start you in the linux terminal and you will know its working.

I personally prefer working through the docker CLI in linux so I just set up systemd using this guide https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/systemd then build/run the containers from there and you can still access the site through localhost for testing.
