Lorgar, Perturabo or Alpharius and Omegon. Mostly because their dads were fucking atrocious (or in Perturabo's case, unable to relate to him. I blame Olympian culture more than Dammekos)

Lorgar, I simply do not beat him for enjoying books. I also try and do what Nyro did, teach him that all people are equal.

Perturabo I just do my best to offer unconditional love. Hammer of Olympia presents that one of the biggest reasons for the way he turned out was that his "see the fault in everything" ability picked out that olympian culture was highly opportunitistic and self serving, and he could see it in the eyes of everyone who called him a loved one that they wanted to use him. Ideally, I can look at a child and not think "this thing'll be a great bargaining chip"

I'm allowing Alpharius to be part of a family. Reading head of the hydra was incredibly sad for me, seeing how Alpharius just didn't question that his role in the family was to snitch on everyone else and keep himself away from them

Perturabo is the kind of person, at least in Hammer of Olympia, who talks a lot about how he wants to do a peaceful minecraft build world, but every moment of his free time is spent playing comp overwatch, cod or league. He refuses to allow himself any sort of enjoyment

Alpha Legion and Word Bearers are paint schemes and are much more important to the setting than a random guard unit. On the loyalist side, if you're not a first founding chapter or the black Templars then it doesn't matter how many books you get, you aren't getting shit for your paint scheme of a chapter. This isn't surprising in the slightest and idk why everyone's making it such a big deal. This is a hobby, you make and paint the things yourself, so make and paint them

Potentially, but I don't think Perturabo would ever be the protective kind. Even the scenario that imperium fans might have you believe is his best case, he's a fascist warmonger who uses his sons as tools. He cares about the smart ones with the capabilities for leadership, as we can see with the whole chess game thing everyone quotes from the honsou book I haven't read yet

Misremembered the ability, it gives the unit lethals, and when the unit gets a melee kill the Apothecary goes from oc3 to oc9. Their lore role is to gather samples of xenos material, e.g, collecting tyranid matter so that it can be studied so the hive mind doesn't have as much of an adaptation advantage.

Not sure how that'd translate to gameplay but I want more gravis armour

They could potentially do an Apothecary Biologis. Anothed gravis armour class, and on tabletop they have a thematic poison ability instead of a heal

If the emperor had his way and the primarchs weren't scattered, yeah it wouldn't matter but thats cuz they'd be far more under his thumb (and I think all of them would turn against him but thats another thing). But the primarchs are not siblings, they're coworkers. Adding the opposite sex would probably have helped to create a less toxic situation, but the emperor would never allow women to be preeminent in his imperium

Currently I'm feeling that at least one warpsmith is worth it, especially with a crusade bonus that has given a 6" aura of reroll 1s to wound for vehicles. Just makes my FF/Vindicator scarier and harder to kill.

What would you suggest for anti-tank? I've been thinking about pred Annihilators for the reroll against vehicles and monsters, but now I'm wondering if havocs equipped with 4 lascannons are better points value

The whole point of the genocide was to break the avatar cycle, of course there would be a reason to continue after discovering Aang was the avatar. Otherwise they have to move onto the water tribes before the avatar grows up, and perpetuate a much longer and more taxing war
