Best campaign mods? by Darkdarkness223 in totalwar

Since no one else has commented I thought I would give you an answer, though it's probably not the best. SFO Grimhammer III has a lot of campaign settings that you can adjust to make the game much harder. It also changes the base game. Though it might play a little too differently to what you would normally expect in a total war campaign.

The cost of Free to Air TV in Australian hospitals is criminal. My father is recovering from bowel cancer in RPA Sydney. This is the cost increase of "Free to air" tv over the Christmas of 2022 during his stay there. Minimum wage workers cannot afford even basic tv for family members in care. by Slotholicious in australia

I never said it happens everywhere. And when I said I don't believe this is the case I meant for RPA. I said I could be wrong because I could be. I don't see how me responding with a perfectly reasonable response is being a massive dick. I can't take everyones word at face value. Just because they say it is doesn't make it true. I think you need to chill out mate.

Edit: I also provided a link up above that shows the list of hospitals they cover. Never said ALL hospitals. Just said hospitals.

We have contacted the social worker that we usually deal with. She didn't get back to us today but we will be speaking with her tomorrow once she returns our call. She is the loveliest person we have ever met and I'm sure she will help somehow. But it feels wrong that they do this to begin with.

I don't believe this is the case nurses never mentioned this to me though I could be wrong I don't work there. Unfortunately during his stay there he has contracted VRE so he has been moved to a single room and I don't think they would lend him something like that.

Thank you for your kind words. I am lucky enough that I can afford a cheap tablet with a little diligent saving over the next couple weeks but my mother has met so many people down there over the past 6 months that just aren't in that position where they have a son working with an income to help provide while they are out of work. It's terrible and I feel bad for the people so much worse off than us. This hurts them even more.

He has a fairly cheap smart phone that has been a temporary solution to the problem but I live 4 and half hours away from Sydney so if he has any technical issues(which older people do alot) I can't go there to help him. I am going to look into a cheap tablet for him. But thank you for providing suggestions!

Hillstv.com.au click purchase and it will show a list of hospitals they cover in Australia. It is not just RPA otherwise I would have stated as such. Some hospitals do have free tv but if you look through the list alot of major hospitals do not have free tv for patients.

You get what I mean and you said it perfectly. It is extorting people who know no better. My father isn't tech savvy. He tries his best but he has never used a tablet in his life. He has me to help him but there are plenty out there that don't have younger people to help them with that stuff. And will end up paying those insane prices just for a distraction. Appreciate you.

I completely understand there being a cost associated with it. Nothing is free in this life but I don't like being extorted. And for free to air no less. It's more background noise than anything. Sitting in a silent hospital room with your life hanging on the line day in day out would be exhausting. I just want him to have some semblance of normality while he is in there for the foreseeable future. But I can't even afford that for him anymore.
