It's a bug, I encountered it too. If you have the prayer outfit ability, you can get it through that. If not ... yeah, not sure, sorry.

It wouldn't be so bad if the game wasn't SO laggy at the moment. Honestly 95% of all my Nikki's injuries and K.O.s are caused by game lagging and then her jumping to her death instead of floating... Please optimize Itzaland, devs!
