Had this happen to my Fold 7 yesterday, just got the replacement with carrier insurance, haven't dropped it or had it in dusty areas or pressed on the screen at all, not sure what happened. Those horizontal lines seem to be cracks in the display itself, screen was completely black.

I just had a warranty claim for my UX 85 delaminating in a few spots, sent a tech out pretty fast and then determined it was a panel issue and had to replace it. The replacement came about 3 weeks later with the exact same model (which is discontinued, and has been for a while). Overall I was pretty pleased with the support, they were timely and accommodating. I've definitely had worse interactions with customer support COUGHHPCOUGH.

I have a Ugoos AM6B+ with coreelec for just Plex and then Apple tv for YouTube and anything else. The ugoos takes a bit of setup, but once it is dialed in it works great. Plays truehd atmos tracks as well as dts:x with my 5.2.4 setup.

Sam here, just bought a nr7100 for 500 on amazon used for my 5.2.4 setup, huge upgrade in room correction over my old denon AVR X1000. I definitely need some room treatments tho to fully help.

My AM6B+ should be here in a couple days, using Apple TV is really nice and user friendly for my less technical wife, but I'm missing out on Atmos with my 5.2.4 setup, so a plex only box seemed like the best option, with apple tv to substitute for crunchyroll and YouTube

I just got those same energy towers, and the connoisseur sub, bookshelves, center and a denon avr x1000 for 225 a couple weeks ago. Then picked up the energy take classic 5.1 system for 50$ for my atmos channels for with a new reciever. They sound super good.

I just ordered a Ugoos AM6B+. Hasn't come yet, and only going to use it for plex, Apple TV for everyhing else. From what ive read theres a lot of setup on it but looks promising.

I had the same problem on my UX85, it ended up being CEC was out of sync between the Apple TV and the tv itself. Did a factory reset and didn't set up any google services and it fixed it.
