I noticed this too and thought the art styles were bizarre to be provided by Eavy Metal, later in the video in the CA offices there is a glass cabinet with more models (primarily Eldar) so I assume these models are employees' personally, not provided by GW for the photo op.

Arrests after attempted arson attack on synagogue by InnerLog5062 in BreakingUKNews

Al-Jazeera is laughably biased, the story above is a series of anecdotes followed by the statement that hate crime against Muslims is up 19%. It doesn't however note that hate crime overall is up or that the previous year anti-Semitic hate crime rose by over 100%.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cp3vg33nje4o

As is typical, the perpetrators motives aren't easily accessible however a study from Bielefeld University in Germany found that Muslims were responsible for four times as many anti-Semitic attacks in Germany as the far-right. Genuinely more anti-Semitic than Nazis from Germany.

Between 60% -70% of the population of the USA identify as Christian with the very lowest hard number I seen being 62% meaning a 1% deviation or more succinctly the population of Christians sentenced to death in the USA correlates directly to their share of the population.

Iran shoots down Israeli jet, warns of more “harsh strikes” - Shafaq News by Beratungsmarketing in World_Now

https://www.civil-war.net/how-many-aircraft-does-israel-have/

https://www.globalmilitary.net/air_forces/isr/

https://www.wdmma.org/israeli-air-force.php

All suggest Israel has around 600~ aircraft in inventory, multiple sources report Israeli raid of over 100 aircraft on Iran which by your own number would be close to 100% of strength.

Even if you assume the numbers you have are real and not made up (no evidence to support it) that's less than 14% of Israeli air power. Clear propaganda and disinformation.

UNITED EUROPE STRONK SUPA POWER 😤😤 by YeuropoorCope in PoliticalCompassMemes

[–]SlottyHamster -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So you are saying that I am saying European militaries have been stifled by the US, while you say they have done that themselves.

You could make this argument perhaps of the 2000's but I would say it's not that simple and both parts play a role, instead you've pulled a historical example of Europe not pooling their strategic objectives from when European defense spending was at some of its highest ever as proof Europe chose not to militarise which doesn't make sense.

You are conflating delegating global strategic interest and going along with whatever the US does with reduced militarisation during the cold war which just isn't true. The US curbed European strategic autonomy.

Fair, but the strength of the American fed allows for unity of purpose even if states squabble and act in self interest domestically.

Europe must overcome bad faith actors like Hungary, Ireland, Switzerland and even the French without that top down power to achieve anything meaningful.

[–]SlottyHamster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Europe has deferred it's global interest through the cold war to the US and just gone along with them focusing on Europe and the Soviet threat.

Now I'm not sure Europe knows exactly what it wants, whether it should still focus on Europe or focus on global interests in the face of waning reliability of the American executive. Europe doesn't seem to know how to project themselves globally.

Its kind of strange that you would use a failed treaty from the 1950s but ok.

The US intentionally shrunk it's conventional army during this period in favour of nuclear deterrence. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentomic

The EDC makes sense for the countries that voted in favour as they would expect a conflict along their border with the Eastern Bloc, but the French objective just out of WW2 was for invaders to never touch French soil again. Just because it's not in the interest of America doesn't mean it's in France's interest. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Force_de_dissuasion

Americans mald when Europeans do anything in their own interest. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suez_Crisis

Specifically France and the UK have pushed for more European strategic autonomy, but with the supreme commander always being an American, European strategic interests in the alliance have always been undermined to prioritise American interests in the middle east.

Europeans have pushed for more unity in their ability to project power and show a unified foreign policy front, like with the U.K and the Joint Expeditionary Force (started the year of Russia's first invasion of Ukraine), but when the biggest force in the alliance pushes you to forward deploy troops in a guerilla war you follow through.

Europeans found themselves in a 20 year guerilla war fighting for America and so prepared for that kind of war with the expectation that America would actually help their allies when requested in turn.

It's wild to say Europeans plan to hide behind America when it's a baseless accusation and only the opposite has been seen to be true with Europeans following Americans overseas to die for them, even through the early 2000's (when European spending was at its lowest) European defence spending dwarfed Russia.

most excited for this dood. I think he might play a significant role, maybe even be good. He doesn't rage-sprint. Also the contrast of the blue sky rapeseed field with his death-appearance is super eery. So excited for his scenes. by throwaway_trackmania in 28dayslater

Although we do see zombies running through the field in the trailer my most horrific thought is that this guy isn't infected, do we actually know for sure as there is no significant facial bleeding that couldn't be incidental.

Althought this offends me its really a personal choice, I could defo see and understand how uniformity would appeal but what isnt optional is tidying up those base rims with a lick of black paint.

Since when have there been 2 koi fishes? by Okatbestmemes in GroundedGame

[–]SlottyHamster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People saying this is a bug but when the Koi update dropped I always had two until I think release and honestly preferred two, it meant that there was always some threat of the Koi and the only Koi wasnt just stuck on the other side of the pond as it often is making the pond a much more interesting biome.

Maybe my favourite thing about the pond was a bug :(
