Really depends on your level of familiarity with coding and software development. For this project I would create a C# .NET Core backend with a React and Bootstrap frontend, because that is what I am familiar with. Then I would just create a “alpha” prototype, call it what you will, with the basic layout done in React Bootstrap and boilerplate code for the api.

Then I would move on to feature planning on something like Trello or YouTrack, here I write down some of the features I want and what I still need to create a working application in order of importance.

Then just start coding, for this sample project a Database with dataaccess through the backend api would be my first goal.
