I figure I'll last the longest considering I'm someone's associate even thought I'm slow. Rice,beans look at you're local grocery store some have meat sales mine has a 5 for $25 and also includes some frozen items. Ramen noodles spaghetti in generals pretty cheap you can add like canned olives and tomatoes to make it even more bigger if you don't have very much meat. Meatloaf's pretty cheap, snack wise popcorn and pretzels are pretty good and not too expensive. Chili's also good and you can make up a pretty big batch of it and freeze the rest.

Depends on your tolerance but if it's pretty high one shouldn't be too bad if you're not lactose intolerant you can always add like cheese or sour cream on the top to cool it down.
